Battles

To all those people reading this,
Worries in mind, that seem a lot.
Know that there are folks around,
With tougher battles to be fought.

While life exists, there would be struggle,
You will be bruised, you will be burnt.
We fight bravely, win some of them,
And lose a few with a lesson learnt.

So relax and have a good night's sleep,
Start again with an empty cup,
I will see you lovely friends again,
My armour on, when the sun is up!
